1. In a small bowl, whisk together the stevia, olive oil, honey, vinegar, and lime juice. Set the dressing aside.
2. Place the spinach greens on a nice salad plate, and top with sliced avocado and strawberries. Drizzle the dressing over everything, and then sprinkle with pecans and crumbled goat cheese. Refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving, or serve immediately.
3. If placing in refrigerator do not peel the avocados until ready to serve.
