Breakfast Omelet Muffins

splash of milk
salt and pepper
toppings: broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, ham, turkey, cheese, etc
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease cupcake pan.
2. Crack eggs, beat with splash of milk (for fluffiness), and season with salt and pepper. Pour egg into a greased cupcake pan.
3. Add toppings (whatever you would typically include in an omelet).
4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and let them cool.
