Crunchy Beet and Apple Salad

Very healthy and crunchy salad, my all time fave! Hope u all like it :)

2 medium sized beets [+]
2 medium sized apples , cubed [+]
1 medium sized onion, finely sliced [+]
1/2 cup sliced cabbage [+]

Dressing:
juice of 1 lime [+]
3/4 cup curd [+]
4 tablespoons mayonnaise [+]
1/2 teaspoon salt [+]
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper [+]
1/4 teaspoon sugar [+]

Method

1. Boil, roast, or pressure cook the beets.  Cool and peel.  Cut in half and slice thinly.  

2. Whisk all ingredients together to make dressing.

3. Combine vegetables and toss with dressing to coat.
