For Dressing:
1 teaspoon honey [+]
1 teaspoon lemon juice [+]
1 teaspoon lime juice [+]
1 green chilli, chopped, more or less to taste [+]
1 teaspoon fresh coriander, chopped [+]
1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes, more or less to taste [+]
salt, to taste [+]
rice papad, fried or roasted, to serve (optional) [+]

Method
1. In a large glass bowl, mix all ingredients for the salad.
2. In a small glass bottle, mix all ingredients for the dressing and shake. Add the dressing to the salad, mixing with 2 forks.
3. Transfer to a fried rice papad or a bowl, garnish with pear slices and serve immediately.
