1. Coat chicken with flour. Heat a pan over medium high, add oil, and brown the chicken on both sides. Transfer the chicken to a crockpot.
Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook in crockpot on high for 3-4 hours, stirring half way.
