Not-fried Fried Chicken
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Use 3 seperate bowls for beaten flour, egg, and panko crumbs (mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon ground sage).
3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rest of ground sage. Roll chicken in flour, then egg, and last, panko crumbs, pressing to coat well. Place on baking sheet. Spray the top of the chicken with cooking spray to encourage browning. Bake untill done, about 25 minutes but it depends on the size of the breasts used.
