A very healthy breakfast smoothie.

2 cups ripe papaya chunks [+]
1 cup plain yogurt [+]
1-inch piece of ginger, chopped [+]
1-2¬†tablespoons honey [+]
few fresh mint leaves [+]
2 fresh lemons, juiced [+]
few ice cubes

Method

Blend all ingredients in a blender to a smooth puree.  Pour in a chilled glass, garnish, and serve chilled.
