I have a new found love for this peppery little item. Goes well with crunchy lettuce and bacon pieces. Beautfuly pink and romantic in appearance.

butter (or sub olive oil) [+]
salt and pepper to taste [+]
fresh herb of choice for garnish [+]


Saute radishes with a knob of butter for 5-7 minutes.  Season and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
