1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray (Pam).
2. Combine butter, wine and lemon juice. Pour a small amount in the bottom of the baking dish.
3. Place haddock in the dish and drizzle a small amount of the butter mixture on top of the fish. Top with Ritz crackers. Drizzle the rest of the butter mixture over the top of the crackers.
4. Bake 15 minutes.
